Connect Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Linked social accounts appear as a row of taps on your profile sidebar. Connect the ones you actually use.

Your social handles render as a small row of icons on the profile card. Visitors who already follow you on a platform get a one tap shortcut to the place they prefer.

Connecting a platform is a copy and paste exercise. Workspace settings, Social media, paste, save. The icons appear on the profile card within seconds.

Where to add them

Workspace settings, Social media. Add only the platforms you actually maintain. An empty row is better than a row of broken links pointing at abandoned accounts.

What to enter for each

  • Instagram: your username, no @ sign.
  • X (Twitter): your username, no @ sign.
  • TikTok: your handle.
  • YouTube: full channel URL.
  • Facebook: full page URL.
  • LinkedIn: full profile URL.

Order matters

The icon row renders in the order you save the platforms in. Put the platform you publish on most first. Visitors scan from left to right; the leftmost icon gets the most taps.

Adding less common platforms

If you publish on Substack, Spotify, Bluesky, or Threads, add a tile rather than treating those platforms like a primary social network. The icon row is for the six majors; tiles handle everything else.

Maintaining the row

  • Quarterly: confirm every link still resolves. Platforms occasionally rename URLs.
  • When you stop posting on a platform: remove it from the row.
  • When you launch on a new platform: add it as soon as the first post is live.
