Rook Links is a calm, visual home for everything you publish. Visitors land on a focused grid, find what they need, and either click through, watch, or buy. You manage the page from a single dashboard. This is the orientation: what the product does, who it is for, and where to start.

What Rook Links actually is
A link in bio with a different shape. Your public page presents your work as a grid of square tiles: two columns on a phone, three on a laptop. Each tile is an image, a title, a short description, and a destination. Tap one and a modal opens where the visitor reads more before deciding to leave.
The grid exists because a vertical list of buttons forces visitors to read every word. A grid lets them spot what they came for in two seconds. Behind it sits a calm dashboard for tiles, scheduling, and analytics, with no theme builder you have to spend a weekend learning.
Who it is for
Three audiences in particular. Creators who publish across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X and need a single page that ties their work together. Founders who want a focused storefront for a small product line without spinning up a full ecommerce site. Small teams running affiliate programs, podcasts, or content businesses where one branded URL has to do the work of a homepage.
The tile types you can ship
- Image tile: image, title, description, destination URL. Available on every plan.
- Shop tile: a small storefront. Cover image and a list of products, no transaction fee. Pro and Premium plans.
- Video tile: embedded video with a play overlay and a visit link. Useful for trailers and channel teasers.
- Instagram tile: import a post or reel from your connected account so it renders inside your Rook Links grid.
Analytics, integrations, plans
Real time analytics record page views, tile views, tile clicks, and social link clicks for every visitor. Each event is filtered through a fraud detection layer so the numbers describe humans, not bots. Run Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel alongside if your team already uses them.
Free covers a starter creator. Pro adds shop tiles, automation integrations, and the option to hide the bottom call to action. Premium and Enterprise unlock priority support, custom APIs, and bespoke integrations. Most creators stay on Pro forever.
How this knowledge base is organised
- Getting Started: claim your handle, ship your first tile, publish your page.
- Workspace and Profile: identity, location, social handles, verified badge.
- Tiles, Shop Tiles, Public Page, Analytics, Integrations, Plans and Billing.
Privacy and trust
Visitor IDs are anonymous strings stored in the visitor's browser. Geographic data resolves to country and city level only. Behaviour signals filter bot traffic before it reaches your dashboard, so the numbers describe humans, not crawlers.
